At Great Gifts For Keeps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your personalized gift or custom balloon bouquet, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
