Placing an Order:
How long does it take for my item to shipped?
Please allow 3-4 business days from the date ordered for your item to be completed. We take pride in our work and want to make certain that customer service satisfaction is considered at all times.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
No, we do not have a minimum purchase requirement at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Orders can be placed online using PayPal. At this time, we are not accepting checks or money orders.
How do I change or cancel my order?
All orders are processed as they are received. To cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours from when the order was placed. Please contact customer service at 1-773-239-5337 or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request. Cancellation of an order after 24 hours of placement will not be accepted. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and/or shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification when your order has been initially processed. Another email will be sent when your order has been shipped.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Should you not received an item in your shipment, please contact us at 1-773-239-5337 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate your name, order number and the missing item with the item number.
If you received the wrong product information or have a misspelling, please contact us at 1-773-239-5337 or email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
When will my backorder arrive? Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock. As soon as they become available, we will ship the items to you. We will do our best to keep you informed when these items become available.
Returns What is your return policy?
We take great pride in our reputation by offering quality products to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or refund.
1. All returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days after receipt. Note: Our return policy expires after 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
2. Returns must receive prior authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior approval, so please contact our customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) number at 1-773-239-5337 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All refunds are applied to the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable. The shipping cost of the return and/or exchange items are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return my product? For all return items, you must contact our customer service at 1-773-239-5337. You will be asked to please provide your name, order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reasons for your return. Once we receive all your information, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the appropriate address to return your items. We will explain in detail to help you with the process.
All returned items must be received within 30 business days of issuing the RA number. Any packages returned without the RA number or returned after the 30 days after RA number was issued, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the customer's expense. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping box including packing materials and contents, and shipped to the address provided by our Customer Service department. We may require a specific shipper (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to be used for return shipments. IMPORTANT: You must return your items to the exact address provided to you by our Customer Service department. Items delivered to the wrong address and lost packages will not be refunded, so please be sure to follow the instructions provided to you carefully.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items are non-refundable:
Partial Quantity Returns: Because of quantity pricing we cannot accept partial order returns.
Wearables such as t-shirts.
Consumables: water bottles and candies.
Items that are not returned in original condition and packaging.
Items damaged in the return shipment.
Closeout and Clearance Items.
How long before I receive my money back?
Orders that have not yet been shipped will be issued a refund with 3 to 5 business days. For all other returns, we will issue a credit within 5 to 7 business days after we received your returned package and the items have been fully inspected. Please allow sufficient time for your banking institution to process the credit to your account.
What if my items arrived damaged?
Please check and inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. Any discrepancy in quantities, damage or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise. We are not responsible for defects or damages caused by shipping or customer errors.
Sales Tax Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only be applied to orders that are shipped within the state of Illinois (10.25%). We are required by Illinois State Law to collect these taxes on all residents of Illinois that purchase products from us.
